Job Description:

Responsibilities include: Answering array of calls from producers and policyholders nationally, demonstrating active listening skills, identifying the caller issue, exhibiting good oral and written communication skills providing continued professionalism to callers.

Job Qualifications/Requirements:

  • General office and Personal Lines insurance experience a plus
  • Must have a good attendance record and be punctual

Training Analyst

Responsibilities include:

Researching and developing training program with manager’s support for the call center and underwriting units. Documenting training results, updating training materials, and developing metrics for assessing staff performance. Creating curriculum for the training sessions, including classroom lectures, demonstrations and presentations. Developing training checklists and begin writing comprehensive training programs including action items.

Job Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Prior personal lines underwriting experience is desired.
  • Experience with Excel, including pivot tables, is desired.
  • Must be dependable and self-motivated.
  • Must work well both independently and in groups.
  • Detail oriented and complex problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Under general supervision, analyzes assigned product performance to identify issues and opportunities.
  • Prepares fundamental analyses of product performance. Provides input in the development of next generation insurance products and recommends resolution to national policy issues affecting the product offering.
  • Researches new ideas to improve product offerings.
  • Conducts small-scope project work as assigned and performs ad hoc analyses.
  • Works independently with guidance and direction from advanced level analysts and management. Participates in discussions with colleagues regarding analysis needs.
  • Tests new rating models against existing ones to determine performance of accuracy of prediction, loss ratio improvement and segmentation.
  • Retrieves data from various sources and prepares data for analysis. Reviews data for accuracy and revises methods of data retrieval when necessary.
  • Prepares basic reports, graphs and charts based on research and analyses.
  • Analyzes algorithms using intermediate SAS programming and MS Excel.
  • Provides suggestions for process improvements and/or goal changes.
  • Develops and designs presentations to show findings of analyses.
  • Reviews and discusses analyses with colleagues and managers as necessary.
  • Prepares forecasts and identifies trends.
  • May attend management meetings to present findings and recommendations.
  • Supports projects by applying general knowledge of the business area processes, including best practices.
  • Develops spreadsheets and tools for management use.

Skills

  • Employee characteristics are normally acquired through the successful completion of a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in an analytical concentration, such as math, statistics, engineering, etc. and at least 2 years of experience in the product development field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Intermediate-level skills in MS Excel and MS Access required.
  • Knowledge of SAS and/or other statistical software required.

Marketing Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Materials/Collateral – Assist with the development of marketing materials including case studies, white papers and PPT presentations. Coordinate with designers, copywriters and print vendors to deliver finished product. Manage marketing swag inventory, requests and reordering.

Event Management – Manage event calendar and all event logistics (pre/post shows) including booking events, arranging staffing plan, printing materials, ordering giveaways, shipping booth/materials, reporting on results and developing following up plan to booth visitors. Also support online event (webinar) logistics including management of webinar platform. Staff events as needed.

Social Media – monitors and shares daily content for Facebook, Twitter and and helps manage the other online communities. Acts as moderator for all channels by interacting with followers as needed. Stays up to date on industry news and changes within each platform. Brings forth new ideas to expand and improve social channels.

Other/Administrative – Generates purchase orders and assists with budget management and expense tracking. Fulfills requests from field sales related to marketing materials. Updates website content as needed. Track press coverage and issues reports. Research competitors and industry trends. Manage online system of marketing materials for company. Performs other duties as requested.

Job Qualifications/Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism or related field
  • 2+ years experience in a professional environment required
  • Marketing experience in B2B preferred
  • Experience with all social media networks/tools and how to leverage them to build awareness and interest
  • Fundamental event management knowledge including core areas such as exhibits, shipping logistics, audio-visual, event timeline and budgeting
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities with attention to detail including follow up
