Customer Support Representative
We are seeking highly motivated individuals for a growing company that offers a great working atmosphere with excellent benefits package.
Responsibilities include: Answering a minimum of 95% of Queue calls per day. Be polite, professional and courteous to all callers and employees of the McGraw Group. Must be able to answer a diverse array of questions surrounding all products the McGraw Group offers. Training on McGraw products will be provided prior to commencement of the position.
General office and Personal Lines insurance experience a plus. Must have a good attendance record and be punctual. Must be able to type at least 35 WPM. Must have the ability to interact with all levels of management and co-workers, have excellent oral/written and problem solving skills and be detail oriented.
